Less than 20 miles from Yosemite National Park, this cabin is perfectly placed for visitors looking to enjoy activities at Bass Lake. Relax in one of the two living areas, or barbecue and spend time outside on the multi-level deck. Boasting two master bedrooms, our cabin comfortably sleeps 10, offering 3 king-sized beds, 1 queen bed, and one sleeper sofa.

We have been coming up to Bass Lake every year and our families keep growing, so finding a spot that can accommodate a larger group is awesome! Paige's house is literally a block from the water and 3 blocks to the marina store. The backyard decks really steal the show with how much space there is. And although its a residential neighborhood, it really does feel like you are in the mountains.

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home. Paige was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a question. The kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect for cooking a family meal and there was plenty of seating throughout the house for everyone in our party. The kids loved the game room with the arcade machine and the adults loved all the TV’s throughout the home with plenty of streaming options. We would not hesitate to stay at Paige’s home again!

We were fortunate enough to have spent time in this beautiful cabin. The cabin is really spacious and roomy. everything looks and feel new . The office people are very prompt to listen to any concern and enthusiastic to resolve your issues. We recommend to be prepared to encounter bears. The only concern I have is the showers aren't accessible for those with disabilities or elderly. Over all it is a beautiful place and if you are seeking for a cozy cabin this is the one for you.

The Johnson home was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-stocked. The house was comfortable with A/C in each room. We would book this house again.
This house fit all 11 of our adult family members. Not modern or updated, but very comfortable and spacious. AC worked well and peekaboo views of the lake. We used the dock for swimming and jet skis.
The house and boat dock at LF10 were lovely. It was a bonus to have the beds already made and the trash picked up from the garage where the bears could not get to it. We would like to stay there again next year.
This home was clean and comfortable. The 4th of July weekend was extremely hot and the property management was very responsive when we had an AC issue. The location is perfect in Willow cove and walking distance to the pines village and stores.
Enjoyed a wonderful week of family vacation at the "Brummett Lodge" cabin reserved through Bass Lake Home Rentals. The rental, check-in, and check-out processes were flawless, and it was a pleasure dealing with the rental staff. The home was beautifully appointed with plenty of room for our group of six. We especially enjoyed the air conditioning, the outdoor gas grill, the small pool/air hockey/shuffleboard/ping pong table, and the use of the community swimming pool & hot tub across the street from our cabin. We had a wonderful family week. The house worked out perfectly for our large family. Enjoyed the tiered balcony with seating for those who wanted shade and those who wanted to enjoy the sun. The dock was a little challenging getting the boat in and out. Little narrow and does not have much slack to turn. The only recommendation I would make to owner is: carpet the rec room and add a couple twin sleeper sofas to accommodate more space for sleeping. All in all great accommodations.

We have been renting this home (Scherek/Lakeshore Retreat) for family vacations and special events for the last 14 years, needless to say we LOVE this house as if it is our own (truly wish it was). This trip was a special one as we had three generations in one home, such a blast to share this special place with the new generation. We had a wonderful stay for Christmas on the Bass Lake Home Rentals. The process from booking reservation through checkout was smooth and the house we stayed Cozy mountain hideaway was spacious and had all the amenities and made an excellent experience for all the 3 families staying together.
Great house for the holiday weekend. Beautifully set in the hillside, quiet and roomy. Little suggestions Provide bath soap and bath mat provide hand soap for the sinks provide extra trash bags fix the recliner ( it was broken when we got there ) provide ping pong balls Would have been great if we knew the fireplace would not be working. kitchen towels laundry soap or tell guests to bring their own. The mountain store is great but to get little items above it is pricey and would have been nice to bring things from home. We had a GREAT time lots of memories but it would be a good idea to advise your guest of simple items they should bring or your provide. Thank you .
The staff here is helpful and made it easy to book. We were grateful for the large home to accommodate our extended family. We had plenty of space. The view of the lake, private dock and swimming access were great. Plenty of parking too. However for the cost, the cleanliness and upkeep/updates were severely lacking. Dust and cobwebs everywhere inside. Like the decor and high shelves, fans, window sills, light fixtures etc hadn’t been dusted in a long time. Really tough for those of us with allergies and asthma. Sticky floors, holes in the sheets, we didn’t get enough towels, stained bath mats covered in hair, an odd assortment of old cups and cookware, old pantry food that just been left by various guests, incomplete board games and way way too many granny knick knacks or fake plants covering every surface. Also the lower patio and ping pong table (paddles and balls completely trashed by the way) were covered in rat poo! The grill was so dirty and greasy it was actually a huge fire hazard. It was way out of our capacity to clean enough to use it safely. We had a couple scares with it with big flames and dark smoke so we just gave up. Lost some expensive steaks in the process. Also we were kept from enjoying all the amenities. Huge padlock on the hot tub, no one is allowed to use it. But a spa maintenance person came to treat the water so what is the point?! And the air conditioning/heater is password protected!? We never had a comfortable temperature in the house for the whole week even after complaining several times! The owner only would try to adjust it remotely. We think the owner just gave up on the upkeep of the home a long time ago and are too cheap to redecorate or have competent cleaners. But the rental company should really hold them to a standard if they are going to charge what they do. And then we are expected to respect the home and do a bunch of clean up after. My family member was in charge of the reservation so I’m not sure if these details were received gracefully. If it wasn’t for a family reunion, I would have taken my money for a tropical beach vacation or Disney trip at the drop of a hat. Never again.
